Kenya Airways announces New York JFK-Nairobi nonstop

Kenya Airways has officially announced that it shall be launching new nonstop daily service between Nairobi and New York's JFK airport effective 30OCT18.

NBO Airport was awarded Category 1 status by the U.S. FAA recently and as a result this flight which had been years in the making is now finally available for booking. 

The schedule is as follows:

KQ 002 Dep NBO 2325 Arr JFK 0625+1
KQ 003 Dep JFK 1225 Arr NBO 1055+1

NBO-JFK is a 15 hours nonstop flight. Over the past 12 months, 37,000 passengers flew P2P between New York and Nairobi pure P2P. The flight schedule allows convenient connections via NBO in both directions to JNB, EBB, DAR, ADD, JUB, MBA and HRE.
