KLM has announced that it will be increasing capacity to NRT-Tokyo, Japan during the peak summer season between July and September only. During this time, it will deploy a full B 747-400 passenger version alongside the Combis and B 772ERs. As a result, its new capacity on the AMS-NRT route will be 2 weekly B 744s + weekly B 744 Combo + 4 weekly B 772ER.
