SIN-KWI open skies

The states of Singapore and Kuwait have officially signed an OPEN SKIES AGREEMENT between themselves allowing designated carriers of both states to fly unlimited times a week between SIN & KWI as well as carry 5th freedom traffic on certain designated routes.
