Continental Airlines has announced that it will be increasing capacity on its EWR-Berlin (TXL) route from November onwards in order to fly the route nonstop without a payload restriction particularly in the cargo belly.
Currently, CO uses a B 757-200 (daily) on this route but will change equipment to the Boeing 767-200ER which can carry 170 pax in a 2 class configuration + up to 7 tonnes in the cargo belly.
